How to use
In juice, shakes, smoothies, dips, energy bars, salad dressings
Recipe: Avocado wheatgrass salad dressing
1 large avocado
2/3 cup of water
2 crushed cloves of garlic (more if you like)
8 tbs of fresh lemon juice
2 tbs of cyder vinegar
1 tslp ginger powder
1 tbs wheatgrass powder
2 tsp of agave syrup
1 tbs of fresh or 1 tsp of dry herbs eg, parsley, oregano, basil, chives
Blend until smooth, season and serve on salad.
