Maca (Lepidium Meyenni)

Native to and grown in the lush soils of the Peruvian Central Andes. Used nutritionally and medicinally since pre-Incan times. Tuberous vegetable resembling a turnip, which is naturally processed into a flour. Reputed to enhance fertility, libido and considered to be beneficial for hormonal balancing.
Adaptogen increases strength, stamina, energy, and mental capacity by helping the body adapt to stress and restore balance.
Taste
Maca has a malty taste reminiscent of horlicks.

- 1 cup of soya
- rice or almond milk
- 1 tbs of Maca
- 1 tbs of agave nectar
- one banana
- 2-3 cups of water
