Goji Berries (Lycium Barbarum)

Small red berry native to the Himalayas. Traditionally regarded as promoting longevity, strength building and increasing sexual potency.

Not as sweet as a raisin- more like a cross between a cranberry and a strawberry

How to use
Eat as they are, or mix with other dried fruits, nuts and seeds as a trail mix or energy balls. Put in smoothies or shakes.
Recipe:Goji pudding
- Handful of soaked goji berries
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1-2 soaked dates
- 1 tbs agave syrup
- squeeze of lemon(optional)
Blend together adding enough water to obtain desired consistency. Pour into sundae glasses and chill before serving.
