Founded in 1970, Arjuna Wholefoods is Cambridge's oldest vegetarian wholefood shop. We supply all forms of wholefoods (both organic and non-organic) and cater for many special dietary requirements, including vegan and gluten-free.

Fresh organic fruit and vegetables are available all year round, with locally grown produce whenever possible. Coupled with fresh bread, organic vegan wines and beers, a large selection of mueslis, dried fruits, pulses and a varied chilled section, we believe we can offer a complete, and healthy alternative to supermarket shopping.

As well as a wide range of wholefoods, you can also find delicious meals and snacks to take away, from fresh olive bread and pasta salads, to pizza slices and hummous. All are cooked upstairs by Mouth Music, a specialist vegetarian catering company.

Arjuna is owned and run by its workers, we all love wholefoods and are happy to stop and chat about the wonders of tofu, or how to use quinoa. The shop supports local community events, displaying posters and leaflets, and acts as a focus for the surrounding area.
