is biodegradable, even including the cello tape & the label. The

in bio-degradable containers.

bring your old bottles in.
Toiletries- We are very proud to sell the Living Nature
Makeup range which has a very high standard of environmental consideration
as well as being quality products. My also sell brands such as Faith

What Chemicals can be harmful?
Here are just a few, but there is much more
information available.
There is strong scientific evidence that chemicals
can be absorbed through the skin, nicotine and female hormones patches
are examples of this. Up to 60% of substance in contact with skin may
enter the body.Parabens are still subject to
research with growing concern that they may be ‘endocrine disrupting
chemicals’.Once used, chemicals in toiletries
& cleaning products enter the water system which can affect marine
life by acting as poisons or changing the PH of the water.Chemicals
have often been tested on animals in production. We have a very strict
animal testing policy, which is why we discontinued the Ecover line
earlier this year when the vegan society removed their certification
of their products.
Reuse, Recycle-
To discourage the use of new plastic carrier bags,
we welcome customers to bring in their used ones for everyone to reuse.
We also have a range of durable fair-trade bags you can buy as well.
We sell as many recycled products as we can including
Aluminium foil, baking paper, toilet roll, kitchen roll & fair-trade
bags made out of recycled rice sacks!
